On August 24, 1971 I traded the 350 for a 250cc Enduro for $886. Soon after the purchase, I realized that, for my size, I should have probably purchased the 360. Not to worry. With the help of the local shop, "we" enhanced the 250 with a larger carburetor, port and polish the cylinder and installed an expansion chamber. Now the thing ran. On one wheel. The only downside is that it only got 21 mpg! My Dad let me store it in my bedroom while I was in the Navy.
